This course gives delegates the information, skills and key documents to help them manage contractors safely on their site and to ensure the risks of contractors working are minimised.
This course uses activities and group work to support delegates to learn about managing contractors on their site. It includes the arrangements and procedures recommended to ensure the effective management of contractors on a day to day basis.
This course will enable you to: ~Understand your responsibilities to manage contractors on your site. ~Be familiar with arrangements for managing contractors. ~Be able to apply the arrangements and principles discussed, to day to day management of contractors. ~Know what to do if things go wrong.
This course is suitable for staff who arrange, supervise or manage contractors working on a site including Headteachers, School Managers, Premises Managers, Site Supervisors and Caretakers.
