SLA Renewals 2019/20
Our SLAs for 2019/20 will be available to browse and purchase from Tuesday 1 January 2019. We hope this early notification will help you to forward plan and ensure best value. We will also be launching several new SLAs and pay-as-you-go products for 2019. These include a new Wellbeing Award, which will help you prepare for the statutory implementation of Relationships (and Sex) Education and Health Education from September 2020 and a new BACS Bureau service specifically for academies, which will help you to streamline your banking and control your cash.
Pricing Strategy 2019/20
Our terms and conditions provide for discretionary annual inflationary increases applied on the anniversary of SLAs. The basis for the increase is capped at the RPI (Retail Price Index) as published in November of the preceding year. The RPI published in November 2018 was 3.3% (CPI is running at 2.4%). Mindful of the significant pressure on school budgets, we have decided to apply an upper limit to our price increases of 2.2% and, in some service areas, prices will remain unchanged or, in a few instances, decrease in price. We believe this increase is competitive and hope it will offer you best value for money. You will also see when browsing our products that you can make further savings by choosing a multi-year contract rather than an annual contract.
